We Make and Make Over:

Bandages (old white sheets)

Rolls 54”, 72” and as large as manageable 2’, 3’, 4’, 5’

White Cotton Square 4” squares bundle of 84—tie with thread

Hospital shirts, shorts, children’s gowns

Large packing bags - string material 4” wider and 4” longer than standard green garbage bag

Crib sheets, cotton sheets, tied quilts, afghans, lap rugs

Mitts, toques, scarves

New sheets (Jamaica - Black River Hospital) (42X72)

Stamps ( leave 1/4” around stamp)

Head scarves

Costume jewelry

Tin foil/ freezer bags

Baby and body talc

Vaseline (plastic containers)

Hand cream / shampoo

Sew on bells for the blind

Easy to sew or knit patterns

Dried soups, Jello, Juice crystals

(Mobile Leprosy Unit uses these for the very sick people at the roadside clinics)

Knitted/Crochet balls for children and for therapeutic use

Flannelette/cotton sheeting

Tshirts and shorts (must be in good condition)

Sweater coats (washable)

All sizes of shirts (in good condition)

Old sheets for bandages, old towels

Large size socks (to go over bandages)
